At Gemini Rose Creations, every item is handcrafted with care and created specifically for your order

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all custom and personalized sales are final.

Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your design, spelling, colors, layout, and any other customization details. Once approval is given and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. I am committed to providing quality products and will gladly work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.

Made-to-Order (Non-Custom) Items

Many of our non-personalized products are also made to order rather than mass-produced.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging, when possible
  • Free from signs of wear, use, washing, odors (including smoke or perfume), damage, or alterations

Once your return request has been approved, the item should be shipped back promptly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment (excluding the original shipping charges).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or digital products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Shipping Damage

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it is no longer under the control of Gemini Rose Creations.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping box or mailer (including any visible damage)
  • All packaging materials
  • The shipping label

This information is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I will work with you throughout the claims process and provide any documentation needed. My goal is to resolve shipping-related issues as fairly and efficiently as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Gemini Rose Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gemini Rose Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
