How much does it cost to make a custom product?

The cost of an item depends on various of things some being but not limited to:

  • What kind of item you are ordering
  • How many items you are ordering
  • Detail of work being done
  • Pricing will be discussed prior to any work being started

How can I go about getting a price quote?

Stock items are priced already for you on our website, however there are times when a special quote is needed for bulk quantities or special order items that you would like personalized/customized. To get a quote, you can use our Contact Us page to drop us a note and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible, or give us a call at 267-416-0140

How can I pay for my order?

Our website uses Stripe to process credit card payments for our customers. Stripes website is secure and highly encrypted. With industry-standard security features and buyer protection programs, you can be assured of safe and secure transactions with Gemini Rose Creations.

Can I talk to a real person about my order before I place it?

Absolutely! Please call us at 267-416-0140 during our office hours Monday – Thursday 9am to 7pm  – Friday & Saturday 9-3 (EST).

 Shipping Information: How long does it take to get my order?

  There are a few factors that come into play with turn around and delivery times. For example depending on what is being made, how it’s made, if a design needs to be made and if materials are in stock to make the items. All items are made to order unless specified in the listing. 

NON CUSTOM ITEMS:  These are the listed items that I have created a design for that specific product listing or an item that is already made. Allow up to 3-10 business days to ship from when order is placed. Please contact me if that does not meet your desired date.

CUSTOM ORDERS:     Customized/personalized to fit your needs, style or occasion

When placing a custom/personalized order for standard blank products listed on the website:  Please allow up to 3-10 business days to ship once you have approved the design. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for design time. You can contact me if that does not meet your desired date. ** Make sure to fill out all the contact information needed at checkout in order for me to reach out to you to discuss what you would like me to create on your custom product. **. Communication when placing a custom order to discuss details is very important. We can communicate by phone, email, zoom whichever is needed to accomplish our goal and accommodate your needs. Custom orders for products not listed on website:  With there being so many products and techniques that I can offer to make for you not everything will be listed on my website. Please contact me and we can discuss your vision and what I can create for you. When placing an order for custom/personalized products that are not listed on the website we will discuss all the details along with pricing and lead times prior to placing an order. Communication when placing a custom order to discuss details, pricing and when you need the product by is very important. We can communicate by phone, email, zoom whichever is needed to accomplish our goal and accommodate your needs.

I can ship anywhere in the United States. I use standard  USPS shipping for the flat rate however I can also ship out overnight/express delivery and utilize other shipping companies at an extra cost. You can contact me  if you would like a different shipping method and I can give you an estimated cost. If you have already placed your order and change shipping method after the order was placed, the difference will be charged separately. If you are local and would like to pick up your order we can make arrangements to meet.

Please note once your order has been shipped any delays from the carrier are out of my control and Gemini Rose Creations is not responsible for the carriers delays. If you run into any problems please reach out and we can work together on tracking the shipment.

I don’t know anything about graphic art, is that a problem?

Not at all – you have options! Gemini Rose Creations can work with you to make your vision a reality. If you would like to use your creative side and create your own custom product our Product Design Studio  will soon be set up. You can simply upload your image on the product you desire that is available and create your own custom piece. Once created, the design will be sent to me and I will make your masterpiece and ship it to you. There are so many different substrates to put images on and most likely not all be uploaded in the Product Design Studio. Please reach out if what you are looking for is not an option in the studio. Please keep in mind that I can not reproduce licensed and copyrighted images.

What format should I submit my artwork in?

 We prefer high quality, high resolution photos & designs in a PNG, JPEG format.  300 DPI or more is recommended. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better. This will provide a great end result on the substrate used.
