Thank you for choosing Gemini Rose Creations! Every order is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packaged before it leaves my studio. Please review the information below regarding shipping and delivery.

Gemini Rose Creations Currently Ships Within the United States

Processing Time

Because each item is handmade and many products are made to order, processing times will vary depending on the item(s) purchased. Estimated processing times can be found in the Shipping FAQ section of the website. Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped primarily through USPS.

If you prefer an alternative shipping carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, or would like to use a different shipping service, please contact me before placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

If you need your order by a specific date, rush processing and/or expedited shipping may be available. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss your timeline and available options. Rush processing must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Additional rush processing fees may apply.

Expedited shipping options, including USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and other rush delivery services, are available once your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

Rush processing reduces the time needed to prepare your order, while expedited shipping speeds up the delivery time once your order has shipped. Additional fees will apply for all rush processing and expedited shipping services.

Shipping Damage

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it is no longer under the control of Gemini Rose Creations.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping box or mailer (including any visible damage)
  • All packaging materials
  • The shipping label

This information is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I will work with you throughout the claims process and provide any documentation needed. My goal is to resolve shipping-related issues as fairly and efficiently as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Gemini Rose Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gemini Rose Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While Gemini Rose Creations makes every effort to process and ship orders promptly, shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
